万仙宫位于老河口市薛集镇赵岗村薛秦路旁，占地800平方米。

宫内结构仿武当山建造，有祖师殿、慈母殿、三官殿、香火殿。该宫由老河口籍武当山出家道人赵信德创办兴建，2000年始建，2002年3月对外开放，是老河口唯一一家经宗教局批准的正规道教组织。道长赵信德现为老河口道教协会会长，老河口市政协委员。
