张邦基，字子贤，约1131年前后在世，出生于高邮市。他在少年时期居住在湖南省，南宋建炎年间迁居扬州市。张邦基热衷于著作和藏书，其寓所被称为“墨庄”。他的主要作品为《墨庄漫录》十卷，书中记载了许多杂事，包括王安石的偏头痛医案，且有一定的考证之功。
