王凤(1759～1836)，字吉人，号梧岗，庐江县人。清嘉庆(1796～1820)年间，由恩贡选训导。壮游蜀中，晚栖闾巷，啸歌撰述，著有《学宫备考》、《松园塾课》、《松园诗话》、《春晖堂律诗钞》、《五爱轩诗赋钞》、《听涛山房诗文集》等。
