丁宗，男，汉族，1964年5月生，大专学历，中共党员，1984年10月参加工作。曾任市政协办公厅离退休干部管理办公室主任。现任昆明市政协文史委员会办公室主任。

2017年3月，经研究，该同志拟任昆明市政协办公厅副主任。
