北宋涿郡人，男，北宋涿郡人，赵匡胤曾孙，死后追封为成王。

简介

成王赵世准，舒国公赵惟忠孙，韩国公赵从蔼子。

事迹

赵从式，乃以世准袭封赵令畤。为人内恕外严，无绮罗金玉之好，凡天子郊庙，必从祀。由金州观察使拜保静军节度使。薨年六十八，赠开府仪同三司，追封姬诵。
