老鸦滩位于武夷山，在响声岩下，滩流湍急。水声呼隆，回壁作响，若乌鸦聒噪之声，俗称老鸦滩。筏游经此，迅疾而过，似为摩崖石刻“逝者如斯”作形象化的文字注释。过老鸦滩后，六曲已尽。在九曲溪中，六曲最短，只是老鸦滩这段迅奔而去的一湾碧水。
