蜜茶是由茶叶等制作的饮品，制作难度普通。

材料

茶叶10克，适量蜂蜜及葡萄糖，沸水。

做法

用沸水冲泡茶叶，待水温降至60摄氏度以下再调入蜂蜜及葡萄糖饮用。

注意

因为蜂蜜内的营养物质会被高温所破坏，所以调入蜂蜜时水温不宜超过60摄氏度。
