潘氏鱼（学名：Panderichthys）是一种史前的肉鳍鱼总纲，生存于3.8亿年前的泥盆纪，化石在拉脱维亚被发现。

形态特征

作为肉鳍鱼类与早期两栖纲之间的过渡物种，潘氏鱼能够用前鳍支撑，攀爬到陆地上。其身长可达90-130厘米，拥有一个类似两栖类的巨大头部。
