大陵穴是手厥阴心包经的输穴和原穴，属孙真人十三风府穴之一。

在掌长腱膜与桡侧腕屈肌腱之间，有拇长屈肌和指深屈肌腱；有腕掌侧动、静脉网；布有前臂内侧皮神经，正中神经损伤掌皮支，深层为正中神经本干。
