卜相字梦良，号起岩，秀水（今嘉兴市）人。卜镐子。明嘉靖四十一年进士，授太平府推官，历官刑部员外郎，湖广事，云南省参议。著有《田粮艺》、《二氏奇事》、《观感录拾遗》、《诗文集》。
