古都保存法（日语：古都における史的风土の保存にする特别措置法），简称古都保存法，是日本的一部法律，规定了历史风土地区的指定、地区内的开发规制以及对土地所有者的补偿。该法律于1966年（昭和41年）1月13日公布，法令番号为昭和41年法律第1号。
