方浩然（1902－1933），平江县人，又名少松。1926年加入中国共产党。1932年任中国工农红军湘鄂赣军区第二分区司令员。

1932年任中国工农红军湘鄂赣军区第二分区司令员。1933年任中国工农红军第十六师参谋长。同年7月在战斗中被俘，不久于汉口被国民党政府杀害。
