潘泾路位于上海市宝山区罗店镇、顾村镇，潘泾路 (月罗公路-宝安公路)规划等级为城市主干路，起点为月罗公路，沿规划走向向南经A30至宝安公路，道路全长6.92km，道路红线宽45m，横断面近期采用双向4快2慢、远期6快2慢4幅路断面，设计行车速度50km/h。
