吴枋（约公元1162年前后在世），字木方，江阴人。生卒年不详，约活动于赵构绍兴末年。关于其生平事迹，史料记载不详。

著有宜斋野乘十卷，多涉考证。因毁于火，只忆录为一卷，《钦定四库全书总目》传于世。
