郭滩水库
简介
郭滩水库，系截砖桥河之水，属荆门长湖水系，因水库坝址建在郭家滩故名。
郭滩水库1973年10月动工兴建，1974年建成投入使用。大坝长640米，坝高10 5米，顶宽4米。为均质土料结构。承雨面积3 65平方公里，总库容146万方，有效库容102万方，提水及自流灌溉面积3000亩，养殖水面265亩。
