姚思仁，字善长。浙江秀水（今嘉兴市）人。明代宰相。

姚思仁初时授行人，后升任御史等职。不久巡按河南省。天启二年（1622），姚思仁官至工部尚书，位居宰相之职。次年以才老致仕。姚思仁去世时年九十一岁。
