沙圪坨位于县城北面，208国道以西，现有人口285人，人均1.7亩，主要作物有玉米和谷子，村内通水泥路，96%户通自来水、有线电视。近年来，在漳源镇政府的领导下，大力发展养殖业，经济林种植，而今都初具规模。
