苦抓汤是龙岩市新罗区的传统小食之一，在新罗的大街小巷的摊位中随处可见，极具地方特色，微带异味。

材料

主料：苦抓、大肠。

辅料：盐

做法步骤

1.首先把苦抓洗净，放入清水中浸泡备用；

2.把适量的水烧开后，同时放入苦抓与大肠；

3.煮1.5小时左右，加入盐调味即可。
