奚涛，原名冠，字山，一字大蒙，江苏昆山人。明末诗画家。

崇祯五年（一六三二）补郡诸生。画有倪瓒笔意，后遭世故，辽弃儒冠隐居渭塘，吟诗作画以自适。卒年八十六。有伤快阁、归闲堂集。《昆新合志、画传编韵》
