肖肖尼瀑布位于河蛇河附近的特温福尔斯，高65米，宽274米。肖肖尼瀑布比位于加美边境大名鼎鼎的尼亚加拉大瀑布还要高一点，因此也经常被称为西部的尼亚加拉瀑布，在世界上10大令人叹为观止的瀑布排行榜上列第6位。
