徐之范是南北朝医学家，曾任北齐尚药典御。

人物生平

南北朝北齐医家。祖籍东莞姑幕（今诸城市），寄籍丹阳（今南京市）。

徐之才弟，亦以医闻名于当时。大宁二年（562年）任北齐尚药典御。隋开皇（581-600）年间卒。
