张君华，男，汉族，1912年生于山东莱西市夏格庄镇堤西村。

张君华，原名张为凯，又名张建议，男，汉族，1912年生于山东莱西市夏格庄镇堤西村，大学文化。1949年去香港特别行政区，后辗转到美国。曾在美国沃尔公司任董事长，后任加利福尼亚州参议员。卒年不祥。
