陈冲素　字虚中，宋道士；居武夷 , 曾著《规中指南》 , 世以为其文尽发内丹三要之旨 , 是重要的道教经典 , 卓有影响。传说他在入道之初 ,“尝与樵者饮 , 忽仆地 , 梦入一洞食青灵芝 , 随之辟谷。”
