杨文军，河南灵宝人，研究员，1966年11月1日生，1989年8月分配到中国电子科技集团有限公司南京第十四研究所（到十四所转行主搞雷达电讯总体），长期从事测控雷达总体，曾获多项部级科技进步奖，神舟飞船任务个人一等功，江苏省十佳青年。
