盛勇，桥梁设计人员，1976年7月生。山东人，博士，目前工作于上海市政工程设计研究院。1994~1998年长安大学公路学院读本科，1998~2001年在长安大学攻读硕士学位，2001~2004在同济大学读博士学位。作品：九堡大桥，研究方向：桥梁美学。
