摆郎村，位于宰便镇东北面约12公里处，海拔620米。

住在山坡上，苗语称“摆郎”得名。全村土地面积9.85平方公里，辖6个村民小组，6个自然寨，有185户795人，住汉、苗、瑶、侗族。耕地面积494.59亩，其中田462亩。
